About us
Established in 2008 with a head count of 2 and a vision of providing expert advice with exceptional service, Simply was formed. Now 2023 we are 70+ people strong and our vision very much remains the same.
A mortgage intermediary with specialist brokers covering everything from high street mortgages, adverse credit mortgages, buy to let mortgages, commercial finance through to bridging finance.
Our expertise does not only include your mortgage needs, we are specialists in life and critical illness protection as well as home insurance. We aim to be your broker & adviser for life and help guide you through your mortgage journey wherever it takes you.
How we can work together…
We currently acquire customers in a variety of ways including Google advertising, local marketing, referrals and of course returning clients.
We have a panel of firms that introduce business to Simply as they have had either personal or professional help from us and believe we could do the same for their friends, family or clients.
Referrals come at no marketing cost to us so we reward those that have kindly referred business by sharing some of the income we receive from the referred client in the hope that we grow relationships.
Establishing a referral
We would very much like to establish a referral relationship with you, your staff and parents. We are conscious that this type of arrangement could be a first for both parties, so flexibility is the key and we are open to suggestions on how this could be managed, our initial thoughts are as follows…

Referrals
10% of any income generated from a referral will be donated back.

Donations
The donation format can be entirely flexible and your choice. Our most recent donation was for a specific event and funds were sent by bank transfer from Simply. We are open to vouchers, sponsorship and other ideas of course.

Relationships
As part of our commitment to a long term relationship we would look to support an annual careers event, bespoke finance/money presentations or something as fun as a fete.

Payment
You would have a dedicated account manager and a team of advisers and administrators. A unique code would identify referrals and as with our other professional introducers any donations would be paid within 24 hours of Simply receiving payment .

When you are ready to proceed, your personal team of underwriters and support staff work tirelessly on your application and paperwork, to ensure your case is approved quickly.
